Refund

We want you to absolutely love everything you get from us. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@kikothelabel.com .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it, it must be in its original condition and packaging. 

Once your return has been authorized, you have 7 days following the email approval date to mail us back your return, if the 7 days are not respected we will process a store credit and not a refund. 

All items purchased on sale, using a promo code, or during a promotions are  FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

Exchanges

We found that in order to make everything simpler, it would be best not to offer exchanges. Instead we prefer treating each transaction separately, so you will not need to wait for the return to be completed before ordering and receiving your desired item. Simply return your item and place a new order.  

Defective and damaged

Please make sure to email us at hello@kikothelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The solutions are offered on a case-by-case basis but your satisfaction is always key.
